Hours Sheets for the previous semester should be turned in during the registration period for the following semester. A completed Hours Sheet must include 2 attended meeting dates along with the fulfillment of 20 hours of community service. Participation in at least 1 CSF event per semester is required. Please signify the CSF event on the Hours Sheet.

CSF Lifetime Membership Requirements:
In order to be a life member of CSF you must meet the
following requirements;
*Be a member of CSF 4 semesters (not including Associate Membership).
*One semester must be based on grades earned in the Senior
year.
Seniors-
don’t forget to join CSF in Feb. If you
have to wait until June to qualify and meet the 4 semester requirement you will have to go to all your teachers to
get grades right before graduation.
*Life membership does not involve anything but signing up
for membership the appropriate number of semesters.
*Life members receive the following at graduation:
Gold tassel
CSF Life
membership pin
Gold Seal
on the diploma
In order to honor those students who take part in activities
related to CSF we also have the following recognition:
*Active
CSF Life membership gives you a gold cord to wear at graduation in addition
to the above honors accorded to non-active life members above.
For Active Life Membership, you must meet all the requirements of life membership above and:
*You must attend 2 meetings a semester.
*You must take part in 1 CSF activity per semester.
*20 hours of CSF community service per semester is required.
*You may count half of hours that you use for Key Club and
other organizations.
Spring 2013 Hour
sheets are due when you register for the Fall 2013 semester.
